If you have some responses stored offline on your mobile device, syncing your responses will send them online and update them to the latest version.
Using the Collect mobile app, you can continue collecting data even when you don't have access to the internet. These responses get stored offline and get sent to your admin as soon as you sync your responses. In this article, we will discuss how you can check if all your responses have been synced or not.
Checking Your Synced Responses on Collect App:
Step 1. Go to the Collect app on your mobile device.
Step 2. On the form card, underneath the "Start" button, you'll see 'Online' (green), 'Offline' (red), and 'Drafts' (grey).
Step 3. The number next to 'Online' is the number of responses that have been submitted and synced.
The number next to 'Offline' is the number of responses that have been submitted but are still on the device and have not been synced. If you see a number greater than 0 here, it means you have un-synced responses.
The number next to 'Drafts' is the number of responses that have not been submitted or synced.
