Some times, you might make some changes to an already published form. If you are not able to see these changes on your Collect app, refresh your forms to update them on the app. Also, make sure that the changes are published. In this article, we will discuss how you can do this.


Check your internet connectivity:


Step 1. Go to "Settings" (gear icon) present in the top right corner of the app.

Step 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and tap on "Application Settings".

Step 3. Tap on "Check Internet Status". If it says 'Not Connected', please connect to the internet.



Refresh your forms: 


Step 1. Go to your mobile app.

Step 2. Go to "Settings" (gear icon) present in the top right corner of the app.

Step 3. Tap on "Refresh Forms".



If you are an admin, that is, someone who manages the Collect web dashboard and you are still not able to view the edits on your Collect app, follow these steps: 


Check that your changes have been published:


Step 1. Go to your form on the Collect web dashboard. 

Step 2. Click the 'Publish Form' button on the top centre of your screen.

Once the form is refreshed on the Collect app, the changes would be visible.
