If you can't see any forms on your Collect mobile app, it can be either because your forms are not updated or you don't have access to any forms.

Once you have made your account on the Collect mobile app, you can go ahead and start collecting data using the forms you have been added to. In some cases, it is possible that you might not be able to view your forms. In this article, we will discuss what you can do if that happens.


Accessing Your Forms on the Collect App


Case 1. Your forms are not updated


Step 1. Go to your mobile app.

Step 2. Go to "Settings" (gear icon) present in the top right corner of the app.

Step 3. Tap on "Refresh Forms".



Case 2. Your internet connection is bad


Step 1. Go to "Settings" (gear icon) present in the top right corner of the app.

Step 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and tap on "Application Settings".

Step3. Tap on "Check Internet Status". If it says 'Not Connected', please connect to the internet.




Case 3. Your app version is outdated


Step 1. Go to "Settings" (gear icon) present in the top right corner of the app.

Step 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and check the 'App Version'.

Step 3. If your app is not the latest version, you will see "New" in front of the 'Update Application' tab. I order to update it, follow the steps here: How Can I Update Collect?



Case 4. Your admin has not given you access to the forms


If you still cannot see any forms on the Collect app, please contact your web admin and ask them to share the forms with your mobile number.
