In another case, if you have submitted your responses but your admin can't view them, it can be because you are offline. In this article, we will discuss how you can check the internet status for Collect.
Checking the Internet Status on Collect
Step 1. Go to "Settings" (gear icon) present in the top right corner of the app.
Step 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and tap on "Application Settings".
Step3. Tap on "Check Internet Status". If it says 'Not Connected', please connect to the internet.
