The Collect app gets new features and enhancements made every once in a while. You need to update your app version to access the latest version.
Every time a new, improved version of the Collect app is released, the app on your mobile phone gets updated automatically. It is important that you use the latest version of the app to make sure you have the best experience. In case, you are using an old version, here is how you can update it manually.
Updating the Collect App Version
Step 1. Open your Collect app and click on "Settings" in the top right corner.
Step 2. Scroll down to the bottom and select "Update Application".
Step 3. Select a browser or the Google Play Store, then select "Always".
Step 4. If there are updates available, you will see an "Update" option. Click on it.
Step 5. Once the update is installed, you can go ahead and start using the latest version.
