If you are the manager of a team, you can add and remove other data collectors from a team using "Manage Teams" on your Collect app.
To add a member/manager to a team on Collect, you can either go to your Collect web dashboard or you can simply use your Collect mobile app. In this article, we will discuss how you can add a member/manager using the Collect app.
Adding a Member/Manager Using the Collect App
Step 1. Go to "Settings" in the top right corner of your Collect app.
Step 2. Select "Manage Teams". You will be able to see all the teams that you are a manager for.
Step 3. Select the the team that you want to add a member/manager to.
Step 4. On the team card, click on "Add Device".
Step 5. Enter the mobile number of the person you want to add.
Step 6. If you're adding a manager to the team, press "Add as Manager".
Step 7. Press "Add Device".
This mobile number will be added to the team, and the new team member will be able to view the forms linked to this team by using the Collect app.
