If you need to pause while filling a response, you can save them as drafts on Collect. You can then come back to it for finishing it up.
Imagine you are filling a response and you have answered some questions already, but you have to pause for some reason. In such a case, you need not be worried about losing your answers to the questions you have already filled in. You can simply save it as a draft and finish it later.
In other cases, your data collection might have a time break in between questions. For example, a warehouse where the supervisor does a packing begin and packing end entry. In this article, we will discuss how you can save a response as a draft.
Saving a Responses as a Draft
Step 1. Go to the form, you are collecting responses for.
Step 2. Fill in the questions you want.
Step 3. To save a form as a draft, press the menu button (3 dots) at the top right of the mobile screen. In the menu that opens, click on "Save Draft".
Step 4. You can also add a note to help you identify the draft response later, then click on "Save Draft". This will save your form so you can access it later and complete and submit it.
