Before you can start collecting data, you will need to download the Collect app on your Android phone. You can download it from the Play Store. If your phone does not already have Google Play Services, here is how you can download it:
Setting-Up Google Play Store
Step 1. Go to the following link on you mobile device that you want to use for data collection: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gms&hl=en
Step 2. Tap on Install in the Google Play Store.
Step 3. If Google Play Store is already installed on your device, then you'll see an update button on the Play Store. Click on 'Update'.
