Once you have created your survey form on Collect web, you will need to publish it so that your data collectors can view it on their mobile devices and can start collecting data from the field. In this article, we will share how you can do that.
Publishing a Form on Collect
Step 1. Go to the “Forms” tab present in the top centre of your Collect web dashboard.
Step 2. Select the form you want to publish.
Step 3. Next, click on the “Publish Form” tab present in the top of your web dashboard.
Now you and your data collectors will be able to access this form using the mobile devices added to this form.

Once you have published a form, make sure that you have shared it with your data collectors. Here is how you can share forms with someone using their mobile number.
