You need your Collect account password to access your forms and collected data. However, it is possible that you might not remember it. In this article, we will discuss how you can reset the password of your Collect web account.
Resetting Password of Collect Web Account:
Step 1. Go to your Collect login page at https://collect.atlan.com/login, and click on “Forgot your password”.
Step 2. Enter your registered email address. A link with password reset instructions will be sent to that email ID.
Step 3. Click on the link in that email. You'll be redirected to a new webpage.
Step 4. Now, type a new password (with at least 6 characters and 1 number). Click on “Reset Password” and your password will be updated.
You can now log into your account with the registered email address and the newly set password.
