Your data collectors can view the flagged responses and submit them again using their Collect mobile app. Here is how they can do it.
Once you have flagged some responses to be collected again, the related data collector will be able to see the flagged response on his/her mobile device. They can then collect data again and submit it back.
In this article, we will discuss how they can view the flagged responses on their Collect app.
Viewing Flagged Responses on Collect App
Step 1. Go to the Collect mobile app, you will be able to see "New" next to the form that has flagged responses.
Step 2. Click on this form and you will be able to view "New" next to Flagged Responses. Click on it.
Step 3. You will then be able to see a list of flagged responses. Click on the response you want to fill and submit again.
Step 4. You will be able to see "Flagged" written next to the questions you need to fill again. Fill the right value and click on "Submit".
