Collect has different tags that you can use to for data cleaning and analysis. Different tags have their own meanings. Here is all about them.

Response Tags on Collect

Verified: These are the responses that have been marked good by you or your data analysis team. It is the good data that is useful.

Archived: These are the responses that have been marked bad by you or your data analysis team.

Flagged: On Collect, you have the option to flag bad data and send them back to the field for resurveying. Once responses are sent for resurveying, their tag changes to "Flagged". These are the responses that have been flagged but have not been resurveyed yet.

Rejected: Once responses are sent for resurveying and new, corrected responses are resubmitted, you can either accept or reject them. Responses that are rejected have "rejected" as the response tag.

Resurveyed: These are the responses that were flagged for resurveying by your or your data analysis team. Once you accept a new, resurveyed responses, they are automatically marked verified. Ideally, these responses should not be considered during data analysis.

Pending: These are the responses which have been resurveyed by the data collectors but have not been verified by the web admin.
