Response tagging lets you categorize your collected responses for simpler data cleaning and analysis. Here is everything you need to know about it.

Response tagging is a feature on Collect that lets you categorize your responses by adding tags to them. These tags make your quality check and analysis easy by allowing you to mark your responses as either 'verified' or 'archived'.

These tags serve as bookmarks, giving you the power to pinpoint good, bad, and unexamined data in a glance. Ex: In case you have an incomplete response, you can mark it unfit by tagging it as 'archived'. If it is good, you can mark it as 'verified'. This makes your filtering, querying, and analysis easier.

In this article, we will discuss how you can do that.

Tagging Responses on Collect:

Step 1. Go to your Collect account and then go the "Forms" tab.

Step 2. Select the form that you want to access. Click on the "Responses" tab.

Step 3. Go to the "Tag" column, click on the "+Add Tag" button, and select the tag you want.

Pro Tip:

You can use these tags to filter your data on the Collect dashboard. Moreover, you can also export data based on the tags you want.
