Collect allows you to add filters to view data from a certain date range. Here's how.
In addition to viewing all your responses, you can also filter responses according to a certain time period. In order to check the timely progress of your project, follow these steps:
- In the Collect web dashboard, open the “Forms” tab.
- Here, you will be able to see all your forms with the number of responses collected on each. Click on the form for which you want to view the responses.
- Click on "Responses" tab. You will be led to a screen with the details of all the recorded responses — auditor name, unique IDs, date of submission, along with all the data submitted.
- Click on the "Filters" tab present on the right of the screen. Click on Synced Date Range to view responses from a certain date range.
- You can select a date range in three ways
- You can type the dates manually.
- You can mark the dates on the calendar by clicking on the calendar button.
- You can select from the options available on the right of the calendar — 'Today', 'Current Week', 'Current Month', 'Last Month', 'Overall' etc.
- Once you have applied the date range, click on “Refresh Data” button to view the responses filtered according to the time duration.
Note: Along with the date filter, you can add other filters as well to filter responses tags, users and response ID.
