Collect allows you to add filters to view data from a certain date range. Here's how.

In addition to viewing all your responses, you can also filter responses according to a certain time period. In order to check the timely progress of your project, follow these steps:

  1. In the Collect web dashboard, open the “Forms” tab.
  2. Here, you will be able to see all your forms with the number of responses collected on each. Click on the form for which you want to view the responses.
  3. Click on "Responses" tab. You will be led to a screen with the details of all the recorded responses — auditor name, unique IDs, date of submission, along with all the data submitted.
  4. Click on the "Filters" tab present on the right of the screen. Click on Synced Date Range to view responses from a certain date range.
  5. You can select a date range in three ways
    1. You can type the dates manually.
    2. You can mark the dates on the calendar by clicking on the calendar button.
    3. You can select from the options available on the right of the calendar — 'Today', 'Current Week', 'Current Month', 'Last Month', 'Overall' etc.
  6. Once you have applied the date range, click on “Refresh Data” button to view the responses filtered according to the time duration.

Note: Along with the date filter, you can add other filters as well to filter responses tags, users and response ID.
