Once you've added data collectors to your organization with their mobile numbers, they're invited into your organization on Collect.
You can share your forms with your data collectors by adding their mobile numbers, but they will be able to view them and collect responses only after they accept your invitation and install the Collect mobile app on their mobile device. In this article, we will discuss how you can see their invitation status.
Checking Invitation Status on Collect :
Step 1. Go to the to the "Organization" tab on your Collect web account. You will see a list of "All devices".
Step 2. Now, go to the “Invitations” tab.
Step 3. You can filter the view by the status — “Pending”, “Accepted” or “Deleted” from the drop-down.
Pending: These are the people who've been invited by you but have not accepted the invitation and signed up on the Collect mobile app
Accepted: These are the people who have accepted your invitation and signed up on the Collect mobile app
Deleted: These are people who you invited earlier but revoked invitation later.
Step 4. To check the status of a particular phone number, you can also search by entering the number in the “Search by phone number” bar.
