Collect allows you to add data collectors as members and managers on Collect. Members have limited rights — they can only submit responses, whereas managers can add and remove members from a team as well. Once you have picked roles for data collectors, you can still change them later.
In this article, we will discuss how to convert a member into a manager.
Converting a Member into a Manager:
Step 1. Go to Collect web dashboard and click on the “Organization” tab.
Step 2. Next, go to the “Teams” tab under "Organization".
Step 3. Select the team you are looking for and click on the device count under “Managers”.
Step 4. Next, click on “Add Devices”. You can either search for the member's number or select it from the drop-down menu.
Step 5. Select the member's number, and click on “Add Selected Devices”.
