You can delete a form on Collect using the "Settings" option inside a form. Note this will make you lose all data collected using this form.
Deleting a form on Collect removes all the responses ever collected using it. If you simply want to hide this form from your data collectors, you can un-publish the form.
If you would like to delete it, please download all the data collected using this form as you will not be able to access it one the form is deleted. In this article, we will discuss how you can delete a form.
Deleting a Form on Collect:
Step 1. Go to your Collect account and go the "Forms" tab. Next, select the form you want to delete.
Step 2. Go to the "Settings" tab of your form. This is where you can control all the settings of your form.
Step 3. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Delete Form" under Critical Actions. It will ask you enter the name if the form you want to delete. (This is an additional verification step to ensure that forms are not deleted by mistake).
Step 4. Enter the name of this form and Click on "I want to delete this form".
Your form has now been deleted.
