You can easily download the survey form or questionnaire that you have made on Collect in CSV format. The downloaded file contains details of all the settings, keywords, question format, etc., and a list of the rules applied on the forms.
Downloading a Survey Form or Questionnaire
Step 1. Go to your Collect account and then go to the "Forms" tab.
Step 2. Select the form that you want to download. You can also search for the form using the search bar on the top.
Step 3. Next, click on the 3-dots settings menu present on the right corner of the form (Hover on the form and you'll see the menu button right above the number of responses).
Your form will get download as CSV files(s). There might be multiple sheets — one for the form and one containing the conditions.
Note: Forms can only be downloaded in CSV format. This cannot be done in Word or PDF formats.
